This provides a pure and natural magnesium oil solution that is free from man-made pollutants.

Mineral oil sprays are a quick and effective form of magnesium supplements, designed to be taken on the move. Mineral sprays come in a number of varieties and magnesium oil can be used for relaxation and muscle relief among many other applications.

BetterYou’s magnesium oil is designed to be sprayed directly on to the skin. This is known as transdermal magnesium.

The mineral goes into the skin, providing a unique way of supplementing this essential mineral. This is an effective alternative to traditional tablets or capsules that can be tough on the digestive system.

How Much Magnesium Spray is Too Much?

There isn’t an upper limit for transdermal magnesium products. The only risks come when you take the mineral in the form of tablets, because large doses can have a laxative effect. Toxic symptoms from excess magnesium are rare because the body naturally gets rid of any minerals it doesn’t need. Therefore, you can’t overdose on transdermal magnesium.

Where to Use Magnesium

You can use magnesium oil spray all over the body. Our oils are best applied after a bath or shower when your skin is warm, apply anywhere on the body. For helping with sleep, you can apply to the feet and calves and massage in.

If you are using our Magnesium Gel, ideal for joints and muscles to aid recovery, apply them to the areas that feel sore. Avoid spraying magnesium oil on broken skin, near the eyes or around any sensitive areas.

Why Does Magnesium Spray Itch?

A slight itching or tingling feeling when you apply magnesium oil is most likely an indicator that your body has low levels of the mineral. This sensation will pass the more you use the spray, as your body gets used to magnesium intake. You can initially soothe the sensation by towelling your skin after massaging in the oil.
