How to use
Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage in well. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids application.
Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
If your sleep is disrupted, apply 2 – 3 sprays of Magnesium Sleep Body Spray direction to the areas of concern (often the calf or the feet) and massage in.
For severe, restlessness, Magnesium Sleep Body Spray can be combined with Magnesium Sleep Flakes and Magnesium Sleep Lotion to build the perfect pre-sleep routine.
Reapply whenever needed.
Contains approximately 600 sprays.

Once opened, store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

- Little but often is the key. Massage in and wait for a minute or so then try a little more.
Magnesium Flakes added to a warm bath or footbath, or Magnesium Creams can provide a gentler solution to raising your levels.
The magnesium chloride we use is a solution mined in Veendam in the Netherlands. It is mined from an ancient seabed that has been condensed and purified for over 250 million years. To mine the magnesium chloride, spring water is carefully pumped down to dissolve the seam and the solution is brought up to the surface. This solution is the foundation of our Magnesium Body Sprays, Lotions, and Flakes.
Unfortunately due to the fact our products are natural, occasionally crystallisation can occur in the pump mechanism, preventing it from working. This can often occur if the spray hasn't been stored at room temperature or hasn't been used in a while.
This can easily be fixed by removing the pump from the bottle and running it under a warm tap for a few minutes while pressing down on the pump to help remove the blockage.

Our magnesium products have been developed to be applied directly to the skin, so we do not recommend taking them orally.
There are no contraindications with any of our transdermal magnesium products.
Transdermal magnesium is perfectly safe to use during pregnancy with no restrictions on dosage levels during this time.
All our Magnesium products are suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
No. You do not need to worry about overdosing when using transdermal magnesium as upper limits are only set when using the product orally.
Large doses of oral magnesium can have a laxative effect due to it being a natural relaxant, however this is avoided when using magnesium applied to the skin.
Toxic symptoms from increased magnesium intake are not common as the body eliminates excess amounts, unless there are serious problems with kidney function.
