How to use
Bath
Add 250g Magnesium Muscle Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.
Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.
Footbath
Add 150g Magnesium Muscle Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 liters of water, enough to cover feet.
Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
Dosage
1kg of Magnesium Muscle Flakes contains 120g magnesium.
Storage
Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags.
Use within 12 months of opening.
This packaging can be recycled with other household plastics.

The Magnesium Sensitive spray features the same pure magnesium as the Magnesium Oil Body Spray, but with a lower concentration of 15% magnesium chloride. It has been dermatologically tested so that you can be 100% confident that it will be kinder to sensitive skin. 10 sprays delivers a minimum of 100mg (28% RDA) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.

The magnesium chloride we use is a solution mined in Veendam in the Netherlands. It is mined from an ancient seabed that has been condensed and purified for over 250 million years. To mine the magnesium chloride, spring water is carefully pumped down to dissolve the seam and the solution is brought up to the surface. This solution is the foundation of our Magnesium Body Sprays, Lotions, and Flakes.
Our magnesium products have been developed to be applied directly to the skin, so we do not recommend taking them orally.
