After placing an order for a product and once payment has been made, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to the address provided when submitting your order.

Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy products. All orders are accepted at our discretion. Only once your order is dispatched, is a contract formed between both parties. BetterYou hold the right to cancel and refund an order at any time.

Only adults (that is, those aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and as a result, are the only people entitled to transact through this site. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site. If you do not qualify please do not use this site.

2.1 The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website.

2.1.1 Our charges are in UK Pounds Sterling. You will be billed in sterling and if you purchase from outside the UK currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card....

2.2 For certain destinations you may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out on our website. If given a choice, please choose a delivery service product that gives appropriate levels of insurance for the goods you order, in order to recompense yourself in the event of loss after dispatch.

3.1 You may cancel your purchase with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your purchase nor will you have to pay any penalty.

3.2 To cancel your contract you must notify us by e-mail to customerservices@betteryou.com or call +44 (0)114 220 2229.

3.3 If you have received the goods before you cancel your purchase or goods have already been shipped to your chosen destination then you must send the goods back, with all packaging unopened, to our contact address at your own cost and risk. You must still inform us that you intend to exercise your right to cancel.

3.4 Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your purchase, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your order. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

4.1 We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate

4.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and this will usually be within 48 hours, but in any event within 7 days of your order.

4.3 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been dispatched to you.

5.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall endeavour to make good the delivery as soon as possible. However, we have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

5.2 If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail at our contact address of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you placed the order.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact mail address or to customerservices@betteryou.com.

From time to time we will issue promotional coupons, all coupons are subject to the above terms and conditions and the following criteria:

9.1 Promotional coupons are valid on all BetterYou products bought via betteryou.com. (Excluding Vitamin D Test Kits and Bundles unless otherwise stated).

9.2 All promotional offer conditions are limited to the current transaction.

9.3 Coupons are not available to be used in conjunction with any other offers unless otherwise stated.

9.4 All promotional items are on a while stocks last basis.

9.5 Gift with purchase promotions are valid only on orders including full price products. Vitamin D Test Kit coupon redemption and sample products are excluded.

9.6 BetterYou Ltd reserves the right to withdraw promotional offers at any time.
