Jason Davidson oversees all conditioning for the Leeds Rhinos rugby club including the first team, academy squads and scholarship players, working with the coaches of the younger grade teams to develop the next generation of players so they are ready to take the step up to the first team squad when the time arises.

Jason is the longest serving and most successful conditioner in the English game having spent 12 seasons at the Rhinos and helped deliver 13 major titles to the club.

2016 saw Jason awarded a Honorary Doctorate of Sport from Leeds Beckett University having established himself as one of the leading conditioners in British sport.
