How to use
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.
Dosage
4 sprays contain 1200μg vitamin B12.
Use 4 sprays daily (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Can be taken together or separately.

The vitamin B12 in our Boost spray is methylcobalamin. This has been chosen for its superior cellular absorption and ensures that it can be absorbed straight into the blood stream via the rich vascular system in the cheeks and under the tongue.
While B12 and chromium do not need to be taken together, Chromium helps balance blood sugar levels and like B12 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
As the Boost spray contains green tea extract it does contain a natural form of caffeine, however this is a very small amount, with just 0.5mg per four sprays.
The purpose of the green tea in the spray is not this caffeine element, but that it is a natural preservative as well as being an antioxidant.
